Users are signing up and Stripe is not getting the money from the accounts. That is failed transactions. One error from my Stripe account says “insufficient funds”. But the problem is that, the user got access to the subscription plan. How on earth is that possible?
I had to manually cancel the user.
Kindly help fix this.
I have the client ID and secret setup from day one. If thats what you were referring to, it had always been setup with both client ID and Secret. And i still get the notifications from paypal
No, the update you mentioned above did not resolve my problem because i am still getting the same alerts/notification from paypal everyday. Kindly see the message below.

So for those that signed up when i mistakenly had the premium plans set for free. What happens to them at the end of the month? Do they stay as subscribers for free or will they be auto cancelled or asked to subscribe?

I just found out that some users are subscribed without being charged. Due to the error, the users are being added for free. Wow! This is really weird. I just deactivated it.

Its really not nice when it feels like one’s post is being overlooked. I believe that payment issues should be treated as quickly as possible. Its been 10 days i posted that i was having issues with stripe and yet no one has helped me. If i cant make money, how would i pay for the plugin and support? I appreciate the work you put into the plugins but lately, the support has been slow.
