I made the original complain here but you seem to have ignored my issue and attend to @tomheard.
Thats not proper, i believe you should at least acknowledge my issue.
My issue is that the migration add-on does not migrate my files. Nothing happens when i choose a few files and click save. NOTHING HAPPENS.

I have followed the instructions here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/wordpress-download-manager-pro-v4-0-0-beta-1-has-been-released/ to migrating my files to v4 but it does not seem to be working.
The instruction says not to migrate more than 100 at a time but when i select about 10 and click save. Nothing happens and it shows under migrated “no” instead of yes. Which means it did not migrate.
Kindly help to fix this because am stuck at this point.

The date on my computer is accurate. And is working fine.
The system date is also good.

The issue i complained at the beginning of this thread has not been fixed.
It couldn’t have been fixed because like you said, i forgot to include a url.
I have just sent the email again with my url.

This issue has dragged for so long. I cant believe we are just addressing this issue since October 21st.
Your support can be so frustrating for a paid plugin.

The [wpdm_frontend] is acting up. When i click to upload files from pc, and i choose the file, it does not attach, But when i drag the file into the box, it attaches.
When i click on image preview, it seems like the page is loading for ever. But additional preview works.

What do i do to get these working?

For some reason after sending you the temp login details a couple of days ago, i cant login to my site any more.
Members can not log in too.
Neither can i login with the temp login deatils i sent you.
Please Help.

[wpdm-all-packages] is incredibly slow in opening my page too. I have tried all the cache plugins you can think of and its not helping.
This update better come out quick so i can have this slowness taken care of.

Very good plugin but it seems to be using a lot of resources.
The [wpdm-all-packages] code page takes forever to open so my host has just blocked my database due to high use of resources from this.
I suspect because it tries to load up all the files and since i have over 1600 files, imagine the load this will cause.
My host will not unblock till a temporary solution is applied on the site

I want to display only three similar downloads. Instead of five. I have changed the following from 5 to 3 and still shows 5

I changed this, function wpdm_similar_packages($package = null, $count = 5){ it did not work.
I also changed this = wpdm_similar_packages($vars, 5); from 5 to 3 and it did not work.

I have changed it to the number of my choice but it still shows 5 instead of the number i chose…

I have the similar downloads showing on my page. I wanted to display only 3 similar downloads instead of the default number of similar downloads.

I already placed it in the box and its not working. Its not redirecting. Instead i get a box and a text that says access denied.
