I am having a lot of issues on my site, i want to believe that its because ii am using an older version as you have stated.
The issue is that for about a month now i can’t seem to figure out why my site keeps looking bad whenever i update to the latest version. The site looks really bad like some scripts are not properly inserted. So when that happens, i am forced to go back to the older one.
Yes, i followed the instructions on how to update by deactivating, delete, download and install, activate license key.
Is there something you can do to help?

I tried updating PHP to 5.5 and 5.6 but it did not fix the problem.

I have just updated php to 5.4 and i have another error message showing on the popup window.. Issue was not fixed by php update. And the the twitter lock follow is still not working. Please see error message below.

Hi,
This problem has not been resolved.
My complain above was that it stops playing after 1minute or two minutes.
But you responded that your test showed that it played after 25 seconds.
I was talking about minutes and not seconds. I have checked with three different browsers and its still the same problem.
I do not want it to stop playing in anyway.

So do i delete the download-manager folder from the plugins folder or simply upload and overwrite the old contents?

I have downloaded and redownloaded the theme and reinstalled but the theme still does not have any player showing up.
Could i be missing something?

I had the same problem with the crypton theme so i had to deactivate since the player did not show up.
Is it possible to post what and how you fixed this? Because most of the time i see you request for login details to help. May i say that it would be better if after helping to fix it, you could also come back here to comment on what was done so we don’t have to ask the same question.
Please kindly help. I want to be able to put multiple tracks on a page but there is no player showing up in the crypton theme.

I am having this same issue. It really doesn’t seem intuitive that one has to click on two play buttons for the music to play. How can i make it play instantly when i click on the green arrow in the screenshot?

I have checked the post and tried to remove the marked line you posted but it still shows in the footer.
When i go back and re enable the bootstrap css, It gives my download page a white background while my team has a black background.
I don’t mind if you could tell me what else to do.
