Sometime ago, i had complained about this same issue. About payments going going through on STRIPE. The user is charged but does not get access to the site as it should due to this error.
I have been getting emails from STRIPE about the webhook. Has anything changed on your side? Because ever since i set up stripe, i have not modified anything.

I just downloaded from the site and installed it again. It still has the same bug.
The problem with the file cart addon is that, it allows everyone to download items that only subscribed users should.
Even when not logged into the site, when you go to a package page and click on the file cart button, when you go to file cart page and click on DOWNLOAD, it actually downloads the file for the user, even when that user is not logged in. That is really not secure.
Thats the issue with the addon.

Its hard to record what cannot be found. What the issue is, my users that want to cancel their subscription, where do they go to cancel their subscription? Since the button doesn’t show i don’t know what to record.
It is not nice when a site makes it hard for people to unsubscribe. You know what i mean.

0 = indefinite, that’s what I want but it does not work with stripe.
I don’t think you understand me.
The settings on the screenshot handles the subscriptions for all payment portals. Whether paypal, stripe etc.
Paypal works as it should. Every month my users get charged a subscription fee until they cancel.
But stripe users do not get charged every month after their first payment. That is the problem. If PayPal works and stripe doesn’t, must be an issue from stripe side.

I did not understand what you meant. I have two plans. One is $15 per month while the other is $120 per year. The paypal works perfect but Stripe does not.
See screenshots of both plans bellow. I dont know if this answers your question. Please feel free to let me know what you need me to do.

I will go ahead and deactivate the plugin because leaving it activated gives users and everyone else access to protected files.
I hope its fixed as soon as possible.
