I just contacted server support and was advised to download “embed any documents” to my wordpress site, which i have completed and my files still aren’t being uploaded. I also uploaded a .doc file extension with no success on that either. Server support is stating this plugin is having issues. Not sure where to go from here

those other packages were downloaded by the support team of wpdm. Can you advise as to what you did to get the package to download as I was able to download.

were there special settings, etc. I have provided you admin access to the site using the same login credentials so you can see the other files.

I am confused..the file is there and on the website and you can see the file names. Is there another step needed after the file is uploaded and published?

Thank you for the feedback Hasibul. I have made the recommended changes (Full page, confirmed directory existed on webhost site) and it looks much better. When I log in at the admin I can see the packages you uploaded. However when I log in as a different user with same permissions I granted you I can’t see any of the files uploaded. Shouldn’t any user with access I grant have permission to see your files uploaded? Also i can’t find the page where you documents exist on the main site. Did you not select a category for your files to go to?

I just purchased the pro version of download manager. I went to my website and i see no way to upgrade from the free version to the paid version i just purchased. Please advise as to how i upgrade/download pro version on my existing website.
