Yes, I customized the php file because the disable “Ask for billing address on checkout page” option would not work.

Thank for the CSS code to remove the My Downloads tab. Is the wpdm CSS documented on your website somewhere? The only thing I found were filters, but none of them applied to this dashboard.

Thanks again.

I think I figured this out. It just adds the specified role when a user purchases the product. It defaults to the last role created which is a little dangerous in my situation since the last created role for me was lifetime access which a user purchasing one-offs would not have and then would be granted unlimited lifetime access…

Perhaps. First I was looking to understand the purpose of that feature and where it applies. It appears that it is used to assign a role to a user after they purchase a package. However, if I do not wish to assign a user any additional roles after purchasing a package, what should I set it to?

Its the items inside the dashboard you provided the earlier CSS for. Like Purchases, My Downloads Subscriptions and the submenu headings -Membership and -Account.

Ok. Specifically, it’s the download category pages such as https://vogueplr.com/downloads/ebooks/

Thank you. Can you provide some additional CSS to modify the section headers, items, hover, and selected item properties?

Many Thanks for your excellent support!

Just a side note here. I did install Advanced Access and tried locking a package down to the admin account and I can still access the category and the package when not logged in or logged in as a non-admin account. Not sure whats going on…

FYI. I have fixed it. Re-installed PHP 8.1 and restarted Apache.

Thanks

Hello,

I’ve upgraded PHP to version 8 and no change in behavior. As previously stated, Media Cloud works fine with S3 so I know there’s nothing on the server or website preventing it from working.

If I must manually upload to S3 and provide a Cloudfront URL for the file, then the S3 plugin is useless. One of the reasons I purchased the package was the S3 support.

Does it work for you on another site? If so, compare and see what’s different. I really need the plugin functionality.

Thanks
