Don’t worry, I’ve wrote my own SQL code to do it, I see the settings are in the wp_postmeta rather than a ahm tables. I’ve change it and its working now. Thanks anyway.
I’ve been paying for the pro version for nearly 10 years, so I think the least I can get is the location of the template setting in the DB?
Thats great, but I’m not paying $49 to change a template setting! I might as well as just renewed the Pro version. This is why I want to just edit it in the DB.
Can you try it now?
My submission form is on the homepage at https://techygeekshome.com and I have “All Visitors” enabled to be able to submit and I have allocated a user account to the guest access submission. However, it still asked for an email address and I need to remove it.
Yes I’m using that shortcode.
Thanks – this is now working.
Great thanks.
Ignore that – seems to be working now. Thanks.
I’ve cleared all my caching and now seems to be working ok. Thanks for your help.
I didn’t to be honest, I’ll clear all my caches and see if it works and report back…thanks.
Just a bit more information that I have…
I am using Cloudflare but I do have this page rule in place:
https://blog.techygeekshome.info/.*\?wpdmdl.*
I also use Autoptimize, Cache Enabler and Ezoic Caching App (as well as ads).
What I have found out is that the non-cached version of my site gives a download URL of this and this actually works perfectly well – but only myself as an admin sees this non-cached version….
However, the cached version that my visitors see, gives this URL on exactly the same download page:
WooCommerce require PHP 5.6? really? are you sure? As I’ve got a WooCommerce site running perfectly well on 5.3.
No I’ve had enough, plugin screws up my website from 30th July and still not fixed, I cant wait four weeks to get just a forum reply, not good enough so stopped using it and moved on! My website has taken a real hit over this, I used to get 10k visitors a day without any negative feedback, now there are reviews of my site online calling us frauds and not giving out downloads just us trying to get followers and farming email addresses. Six years of work blown apart by these jokers in a matter of months.
You mean like I did FOUR WEEKS AGO and you never even bothered logging into my site and continued to ignore my requests for help? NO THANKS – I’ve stopped using your junk Pro plugin and will be writing an appropriate review shortly.
Forget it. I’ve removed the temp admin account and will be removing this crap plugin. Thanks for your complete lack of help. A terrible review on our site will be forthcoming along with legal action against you.
OK, I think you are now taking the piss and I’m furious.
I gave you a login for my blog a WEEK ago and you have not even bothered to login let alone fix the bloody problem.
I am getting daily messages from my visitors about these issues and its now way beyond a joke. I’ve attached some screenshots of the sort of messages I’m getting left on my site. Being called a “liar” is a particularly good one I think. I’m so glad I’ve spent 6 years building my website up for your crap plugin to come along and ruin my sites reputation in a matter of weeks.
DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS NOW!
Come on guys? this is absolutely unacceptable now, been waiting for about 3 months now for a solution to all the problems this plugin has caused my site. Do I really need to go legal with this over loss of earnings?
