I was able to fix the issue, it was WordPress post database had no Primary key, i fixed that and now its working.

I was able to upgrade it by renaming folder and install, but Add New is not working

Thanks for you inspection and the feedback too. But some of the documents have featured images already but don’t appear at the dashboard

Please check this and see what is happening. Can I try uninstalling or deactivating the plugin then activate it again? Because I have cleared caches but still not working.
