this is javascript error creating from your theme. try to change theme, it will solve the issue.

add pagination is not the plugin issue
for preview player you have to upload file individually not in zip file.

yes you can do that. you can delete the Download Manager plugin and reinstall. It will not damage your data.

If you use google drive or dropbox and attach link with the package than it will automatically sync with local drive files.
