Hello there,
before buying your product I need to know if it fits my needs:

– Website entirely available only to registered users (I think I can handle this with other plugins?)
– when a user downloads a file it need to be put on “hold” for a certain amount of time (other users can see it but noone can download it). At the end of that period the file go back to available
– receive a mail when a user downloads a file (I need to know who downloaded and when)

– Yes, you can do that using other plugin
– Will require some customization
– For download notification, you will need this add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/download-notifications/
