When I test it with another file that is not form locked it works as it should, and it used to work before, so I’m pretty sure the form lock is creating the issue.

Thanks for your reply. I already use ACF but I dont think that is the solution because I need the exact name (e.g. form_lock_form) to make it recognized by the package (just like ‘titles’ is recognized as the title, etc.).

Kindly let me know the exact column names that I need to use in the CSV file for the form lock and activate my form (called download_form):

The view pop-up works but is there a way to edit the [file_list] code? All I need is the VIEW button to show the pop up. The other info is not needed.

Thanks so much. However it does not seem to work for LINK TEMPLATES? Even when I copy/paste the exact default PAGE template and create LINK template, the buttons are not longer visible.

Could you confirm this and if so is there a way to fix this?
