Yes your video shows the issue correctly. What do you mean related to Wp? WordPress?
As your video shows, there is a conflict with the ACF plugin and the WPDM edit package page, will you help me to fix this?
That is available because you deactivated the conflicting plugin i mentioned, can you help with the conflicting plugin issue?
I have activated it and those fields are missing again.
There are wpdm custom fields for model, product_link and type_data that disappear from the edit package screen when the Advanced Custom Fields plugin is activated.
Inside the edit package screen, the wpdm custom fields are not displayed. When I deactivate acf they show up

Any time I use <?php it becomes commented out when rendered:
<!–?php echo do_shortcode(‘[your-shortcode]’); ?–>
No, I have tried this and it doesn’t work with anything in my chustom-shortcodes.php file.
These do work elsewhere on the site.
I also got this error attempting to update from 5.1.20 to 5.2.2
Hi again Nayeem,
The ideal workflow would be for non-logged in users to be able to add to cart, but then the download button in file-cart would display the “Please loging to download” message, just like my other request about [file_list]
Hi Nayeem,
I have disabled every plugin one by one and tried other themes, still I can add to cart and download without being logged in. Is there anything else I can try, or you can do to help?
Would you like access to the staging site that can have the “Under construction” mode turned off for testing?
Hi, Thanks I will test by uninstalling my other plugins. What is the expected workflow?
Can a non-logged in user add to filecart but not download?
Or can a non-logged in user not add to filecart?
Yes that would be ideal so I can control this message in Settings > Messages > Login Required Message.
The way my site works is only using the File List feature, so it would be great if users were aware they need to be logged in to download.
Yes that would be ideal.
I have now found that this text does display correctly in the “Main” download link, but not in the [file_list] or [file_list_extended] template parts, which is all I am using on my site… Please help me to resolve this.
I am using Version 5.1.18, which I believe is pro. Currently the download button does not show up at all, I want it to display the text as per the settigns menu, that is the issue.
I understand that is what is supposed to happen, but that is not the case with my install. Please login and test this.
I have that example package with access for a subscriber not administrator, but as administrator, I can add to filecart, then download from filecart.
These are free downloads so there is no payment needed, I just want it so you can only download it if you are logged in with a subscriber account. I am talking about the WPDM – File Cart plugin: https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-file-cart/
Do you understand what I mean by “Trial Version”, i mean a limited time trial version of the plugin so I can see how it functions when importing data, is this available?
Is there a trail version available? Or can you explain to me how this works? The screenshot of the UI does not have any upload csv option…
I can see that will let me bulk apply the same value to all packages, what i want is a different value per package, uploaded from .csv, can it do that?
Hi, Thanks for your reply, the issue is I am uploading hundred of packages and don’t know the ID’s before uploading.
