Is there any way this could be coded to use both? This is very frustrating. Why can’t both be used?

Hi, thanks for adding the link – with regards to the email lock, you state “capturing the email address, you can use the email lock feature from the lock options.”

I want to use this feature AND the password lock but was told I cannot use both features together – I need to have the password protection and wish to capture people’s email address – can you do this?

Are you telling me you are not going to send a refund? I purchased the Download Manager Pro then the Form Lock and your associate told me that if I bought the Special Package which I did I would get a refund for the first 2 purchases.

I need a refund for those 2 individual plugins that I bough initially and I want you to turn off the auto-renew.

Also as an FYI, the form lock doesn’t capture the entries. When you create a form and use the option “Enable Lock Form” it doesn’t capture any details of the download.

You can’t even use the conditional logic with the regular plugin so there is no way this will work.

I’m not sure this will work or not but I refuse to buy yet ANOTHER plugin to try. If you think this will work, please give me access to this pro version and I will try it. I want a refund for all 3 plugin that I purchased.

I can’t use this plugin like this. I need all of the requirements Name/Email/Password as per my clients request. I will need a refund and will find an alternate solution. Please process a refund for all 3 items that I purchased.
