Updating plugin doesn’t remove the attachments. What was your previous version of WPDM? I want to test if re-installing old version brings back the attachments.
The download button is showing the ‘download-not-available.txt’ file because it can’t find any attached file.

Please install the latest version to fix the issue. Follow these steps to update the plugin,
1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.

3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

Okay now. I have deactivated WPDM Login page redirect by selecting “None” in Downloads Settings Frontend Access Login Page option.
Support login is working.
When signing up a test user I got the following error. Although, The user was created successfully.
“500 Internal Server Error. Request Timeout. This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase ‘Connection Timeout’.”
It indicates something went wrong in server. Your server error log should provide more info in this. Please send me the login you have it.
Also, let me know if you have made any changes in plugin code or using any custom templates.

You can use the “WP All Export” plugin to export all URLs in a CSV file. The plugin is available for free in wp repository.

Your server is blocking the AJAx request sent by WPDM after password submission. It responses with 403 code with the following message.
“Request unsuccessful. Incapsula incident ID: 957000990079771743-199536874895509042”
Please ask your server support to allow the request.

Yes, you can customize the upload from using a custom template. The template file for the frontend upload form is /download-manager/tpls/wpdm-add-new-file-front.php

First of all, The speed issue has nothing to with your subscription status. It may be related to the installation of new plugins or server capacity. Have you made any recent changes to your server? Or installed any new plugin? Let us know if you made any changes. Because should perform like it always did.
We do not support older versions of WPDM Pro and encourage our users to always use the latest version. Because with each release we are improving the plugin performance and fixing old bugs.

There is a conflict with your theme JS and Bootstrap JS. I have deactivated Bootstrap JS from Downloads Settings User Interface. Modals are working now.

You need Crypton theme to make your site look exactly like the demo. But it is possible to use specific parts of the demo if that part is coming from a shortcode.
If you want to create the download boxes like demo create custom link template from Downloads Templates page. The demo is using a modified version of Link template Panel.
