I just tested now, it was 50244 times when I opened the page, after download once and refresh the page, it became 50245 times, may you please check again.

If you are using remote url for all 3 files, then zip will be empty, because, remote files in attached file list can’t be added in zip, as files need to be stored in same server to create zip file.

Please update to wpdm pro v4.4, it will work fine with the latest version of WordPress.

Direct download link short-code is: [wpdm_direct_link id="PID"] , but no such option with wpdm to mail download link except you are using email lock option. However we have the feature in our to do list.

the ftp is connecting properly from my local installation, looks like your server firewall is blocking that IP ( FTP ).

In your custom link template, there was a css class media-body-custom, which was causing this issue, now I’ve removed it ( which is also not required to be there ) and contents are showing properly.

@nailsbeauty, you are using very old version of wordpress and wpdm, we don’t have support for those versions anymore, you should upgrade wp and wpdm both.
