@rcinteractive, your issue is totally different from @Redspire, the text in your site is coming from this add-ons http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-extended-short-codes/ , which is just a placeholder text inside popup modal, however you can remove it from add-on file.
Please use featured image with package to show recommended downloads properly.
For 2nd issue, please to do text mode in editor, and removed <pre> or <code> tag from before and after the short-code.

And issue with 2nd image ( Capture1.jpg ) is just because of your screen size, nothing to fix there.
