Insert your packages in a page using Link Template. Use a link template with [download_link] template tag to show your package ( i.e. Call To Action 3 ). This tag serves direct download, without showing details page.

You can add as many digital product as you want. Users can also download purchased item from guest checkout [wpdm-pp-guest-orders] page.

Hi,

In your package settings, Allow access field was empty. That’s why the package wasn’t showing in tree view. I have set it to All Visitors, like your other packages, now it is listed under financial folder.

Hi,

Did you delete files from wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files directory? That where WPDM files are stored.

Also check the current selected dir in bulk import settings. Maybe that dir has undeleted files. Please check following screenshot for better clarification,

Use following shortcode to show package lists like the screenshot you taken from demo,

[wpdm-archive button_style="default" link_template="link-template-default.php" order_by="post_title" order="asc" items_per_page="10" cat_view="sidebar"]

You can use TinyMCE button addon to insert shortcode. It is a tool utility tool for complex shortcode, so you don;t have to memorise those.

I guess you already have user dashboard page. If not, Create a page with [wpdm_user_dashboard] shortcode.

This is the page user will access all their orders and other settings. Then set the return url to that page.

When user completes payment, he/she will see the purchases in dashboard’s purchase page.

There is a JS error in that page generated from your Divi builder’s waypoint script. That’s what creating the issue. Please try switching theme to be sure. If accordion works after switching theme, you should consult with theme developer to fix the JS error. Let us know if the accordion issue exists even after changing theme.

No, you can use any template if it has [download_url] or [download_link] template tag in it. These tags create the package download button. you won’t need to use save settings button in that page, if server’s files and dir access permission allows it to install plugins/add-on, it will be executed properly when you click on install/update button.
