Go to theme’s functions.php file and remove following line,

require_once( get_template_directory() . "/modules/preloader/preloader.php" );

It will fix the issue.

Somehow in your installation, authentication cookie is not being set when user login from frontend form. That’s what creating the issue. If you have any staging server try this setup there to be sure if this issue is related to some settings in your current server.

For now, found a workaround.  Use http://frtimer.com/wp-admin as login page. User can set featured image if logged in through this page. I will check further in this issue and will let you know the update.

Lazy loading and pagination is not available for package page. You can create separate packaged if there are many files, and keep those under same category. In that case, you can use pagination easily.

Your download page slug was same as WPDM package url base ( read the instruction in Basic URL Structure panel before changing any url base ) . That was the main reason of redirecting all packages to that page. After changing WPDM package url base, package details is loading perfectly in popup.

In third tab, there is a js error generated from your theme’s main.js file, which is preventing the package load in popup. Try a different shortcode there, that might solve the issue.

However there is an action hook there wpdm_user_dashboard_sidebar, which you can utilize to add extra information under dashboard sidebar.

If you download same product from same IP address it will be listed once. Maybe that’s the case here. Try download a new package, that you did not download before.

Your ‘SSL Insecure Content Fixer’ plugin  was creating all these issues. After disabling it everything is okay now. Image upload working for all allowed roles.
