You can use customized template for dashboard. Follow instructions from here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/template-files/

You need to edit wpdm-dashboard.php file. Remove sidebar div from there and set next div class to col-md-12 in place of col-md-9

However , you won’t be able to see other dashboard pages , as the page links are listed in sidebar.

Can i disable plugins for test purpose? Looks like some plugins are networks activated. So, i have to ask you before disabling those.

In package settings use ‘Single Column, Extended Playlist‘ as page template. If you are using custom page template use [play_list] template tag. You can read more about templates here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/templates/

Did you set file browser root and allowed access roles in WPDM Settings Basic Access Settings Panel ?

It should be visible if text is in package description. A default WordPress search (search widget) using same word will make sure if the issue is related to archive page.

Updated archive page, Added category filter is sidebar view.

Use category id separated by comma in category parameter value. Check following example,

I have checked your download page. First few page load was fine for me, than next page load was very slow. I think your server has very limited resource. This is may be your test server, try it in production ( i guess it has much more resource than this one ).

Also you can use a cache plugin to reduce server load, which will improve speed significantly.

You will create multiple package and assign same category to same kind of files/package. Then you can use category shortcode to show those packages using pagination.

Btw, use TinyMCE addon to insert shortcode easily.

You need Form Lock addon http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-form-lock/ if you want to use ninja forms in email lock.

You can use one of wpdm_login_form or login_form . Both are hooked under login fields.
