Update your dashboard page, it will solve the 404 issue in dashboard tabs ( edit profile, logout etc )

Hi,

Auto update does not work in some servers yet. It still need some tweaking.

In the meantime, please manually update your plugins.

Delete old version and then install updated version.

All updated version is available in your download area.

Hi,

This happens when server terminates php execution. Try increasing php execution time. You can ask your server support to help you there. Usually shared hosting does not allows changing the execution time.

Default sorting done by create date. So, you can try removing the order_by parameter.

Hi,

To show preview you can use ‘Doc Preview’ template. There is no other option to show preview.

Keep in mind, the package has to be accessible by all visitors, if you want to use doc preview. Doc preview uses google library to generate preview, so file has to be publicly accessible.

@techygeekshome, Hi, Sent you a copy of v.4.5.6 via email.

We are also looking at this issue. This is actually coming from Facebook Connect Library. It used php short array syntax which requires >= php v.5.4.0

If it is possible to we will keep WPDM 5.3.0 compatible.

Sorting comments can only be managed from your active theme. Download Manager does not control the comments template.

Hi,

License Manager links a license key to a purchase order, if you set ‘Require License Key’ in package settings. But Download Manger does not handle the other tasks like verification of the key.

We only use it to associated a key to an order, which can be used for various purposes by linking those keys to a custom script.

You need user level restriction for this scenario. Because both of your user group has same role, it is not possible to restrict downloads in role level.

Advanced Access Control addon can apply user level restriction for downloads. When creating package, you have to assign it to users using their username. Check product page for more information.

File List buttons does not support image style yet. Current option is adding css to change the button style.

Hi,

Your first link shows downloads from a category. Your category url base is downloads ( from WPDM url structure settings ). So all of your download category url will look like the first url.

Second and Third url shows normal WordPress posts from a category and tag. These pages uses different templates from Crypton Theme.

Building custom templates ( category and tag archive for normal posts ) requires more time than simple edit. Please mail to customize@wpdownloadmanager.com to get a quote for the customization.

Usually a theme uses different look for normal post and custom posts. Here you want same look for all posts ( download and normal posts)

Hi,

You can use Pro license only in 1 domain.

Your current license key was linked to birdandwildlifephotography.com

However, i have unlocked your key from that domain. You can use your key in another domain now.

If you need WPDM in multiple domains, please upgrade your license.
