Please send FTP login info, otherwise i have to delete the previous installation ( v.3.3.5 ). But is is safe to keep the old version until all packages transferred. I have to just rename the old version directory name.

Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to check the issue. Maybe there are some matched css class which triggering unintended ajax request.

Did you customize anything in Download Manager? Looks like files are not being uploaded to the download-manager-files directory.

You are also using old version. Try installing latest version.

If updating plugin does not fix it, send FTP login info. I have to check some directory permissions.

Sorry, i think you did not understand what i meant in previous reply. All features are available in plugin you have.

User can purchase membership ( means membership is remium ) levels from frontend. But in your case, users are not purchasing membership plans. You are assigning membership to user after reviewing their profile. And you can do that from admin as shown in screenshot above.

WPDM captcha is not for registration form. You can apply reCAPTCHA lock in a package so that user has to verify captcha  before downloading the file.
