1. It is not possible to automatically add users to a level. Registered user must subscribe to a plan ( use [wpmp-membership-plans] shortcode to show all plans, user can subscribe from this page ) to access downloads assigned to that plan.

2. User can access all membership downloads from dashboard or a custom download page ( use [wppm_downloadarea] shortcode to create custom download page )

3. Sorry not cleat. But if you are trying to change button of link/page template then use Image button or Button Templates add-on.

You have to import csv from Dashboard Downloads Bulk Import page.

Your packages with ‘Documentos’ category was accessible to all users with ‘customer’ role. From category settings page, i have unchecked role based access, now a package shouldn’t be accessible by someone who has not given explicit access through AAC ( username ).

Hi, Download Speed depends on your carrier download speed and your server performance. Please send me a download link to test. Thanks.

You can give it a try. I should work, maybe there will be some missing translations. But in those cases English will be used. Translations does not create any issue with site.

By the way, if you want to change the ‘Download’ text in download button you can do that easily from package settings. There is field named Link Label which is used as button text.

In you csv file make a column with title access

Then set value guest to set All visitors.

Bulk import using dir does not move files, it just creates packages using provided path. That’s why file was not present in above dir.

You have to change the file browser root to same installation directory as WPDM. Looks like you have already done it. I see, Browse tab is showing directory there.

Allow access field was empty in package settings, that’s why the package was not visible in shortcode. After settings it to ‘All Visitors’ shortcode showing all packages.

Downloads > Subscribers page lists all emails collected through email lock.

Please update the dashboard page to fix the blank page issue. It is related to permalink. You don’t have to change any content , just update the page.

Please disable WPDM Bootstrap JS and CSS from Download Manager settings. That will fix this issue.

This maybe coming from Extended Shortcodes add-on. Activating Bootstrap in Download Manager settings should fix it.

Maybe css issue generated by another plugin. Try disabling any plugin you installed lately. If you can’t find it please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply.

Hi, Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply and let me know which download is showing the ‘Undefined’ error. I tried one download from the link, it worked as usual.  After submitting an email address it notified about sending mail with download link.

Please send me the url to check.

Maybe a JS issue. Please try disabling other plugin, one of your plugin is creating some js error which is causing this issue. Please send login info in private reply if you can’t find it.

Hi,

If you want to restrict only access to file download then it could be done using ‘Allow Access’ filed in package settings.

You can make Download Manager posts private if you want to hide whole post from everyone except admins.

Another option is editing your robots.txt file to restrict urls with /download/ part.
