Provided user does not have access to packages or plugin editor. Please provide full admin access to temporary user.

@sidik, Temporary user requires plugin editor access to fix the issue. Or you can install this copy https://www.dropbox.com/s/tms8wc2hgg65yal/download-manager-4.5.6.zip?dl=0 License issue has been fixed there and it is version 4.5.6 ( your version is 4.5.6 too )

Looks like your Gallery Nextgen plugin creating this issue. When this plugin is active it is hiding the download info table.

Download latest version from your download area https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/purchases/

Deactivate and delete old version before installing downloaded copy. You won’t lose any data.

Maybe a Bootstrap conflict. Disable Bootstrap JS and css from Download Manager settings.

As the error says, your API key is incorrect.

Go to Google https://console.developers.google.com/apis/credentials

and check if your keys from WPDM settings matches with key from credentials page,

Clone the link template you are using now. You can clone a template from Downloads Templates Link Templates Tab.

Now remove the [page_link] or [page_url] template tag from there. Use only [title] to show download title.

Then save the custom template and set it as link template in package settings.

Do you have the latest version of Download Manager? There shouldn’t be any license issue in latest version. If you don’t want to upgrade WPDM now please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply. I will add a patch to fix the license issue.
