Yes, you can use new license code with version 3.3.8

You have to install following copy of version 3.3.8

You can use Pro license only in one installation. But if it is a temporary site for development I can assign a temporary license for a short time.

As WPDM delivers files using php code, it sometimes depends on server configuration or php settings, like, php execution timeout, however, please try increasing php execution time, if that doesn’t work please contact server support. However, the easiest solution is using Amazon S3 for large files.

To hide free_download_button tag, use page templatePrime ( Free Product )

I tested it in details now, I found no problem with mailing logic, the function is calling properly ( using wp_mail ), please contact your server support to check if server blocking the mail function or that specific email.

You missed the ‘All Packages’ text when translating archive page. I have updated it, now that text is also translated.

About the first screenshot. Those English texts are coming from the Crypton theme. We will release a full translation ready version soon.

Related downloads are based on package tag. Use same tags in similar download to show them on related packages tab.

If you change file name, then it will regenerate thumbnail, however, from next update, clear cache button will clear pdf thumbnail cache too.

If you want to change the label just use the Link Label option in package settings.

It is not possible to use Link Template in all downloads table. Yoy can use Directory add-on for this purpose. It show list of downloads in various ways and has link template support.

Hi,

Email header data is taken from site settings (Site name and tagline ). There is no option yet to edit that. You have to edit template file ( /download-manager/email-templates/default.html ) to change header.

Hi,

WPDM does not have support for multiple versions. You can work with only the latest version. There are options to add new multiple files in a single package. But there is no way to separate those files based on version.

We have plan to develop a separate addon to manager file versions.

Looks like those files does not exist in /uploads/download-manager-files directory. I have created a test package, file download worked fine for that.

I need FTP info to check if this issue is related to permission or those files are really missing.

Packages assigned by Advanced Access Control add-on are not restricted to availability period if the user has access to the dashboard. But download from package details page is restricted based on Download Availability Period.

Another thing is server time. There might be a difference between your time and server time.
