Only allowed user roles in Frontend settings can access frontend upload functionalities.

Allow access option in package settings area decides if the user can download the package. It is not related to the frontend upload access.

Yes, you are right. That is the template file ( /tpls/wpdm-all-downloads.php ) used for the responsive table.
You can remove the count and details page link from the title by editing this template. You should create your own template and make chnages there. Otherwise, your changes will be lost after plugin update.

It is not possible yet. Doc preview shows only the first file in a multi-file package. However, we have added this selective preview option in our to do list.

Your server is responding with 500 Internal Server error when requesting plugins assets ( js, css, images etc )
Please ask your server support to look into this. Everything should work fine after fixing this 500 error.

You can try removing theme’s bootstrap CSS to make your panels like the demo. If that does not create any style issues somewhere else that’s the best solution.
Somewhere in your theme, it enqueued bootstrap CSS ( usually functions.php ). You have to remove/comment that line.

Do you have access to the admin dashboard? If yes, then go to the page where you put the [wpdm_user_dashboard] shortcode. Then add flaturl=0 parameter as shown above. That should fix the page not found issue when clicking add new link.

Not sure what you meant by sale of accounts. If you are referring to license key then it is accessible from Downloads License Manager page. You have to enable license key for products in package settings.
