You can also delete the /wp-content/plugins/download-manager/ directory using FTP client.

I have tested with my ZOHO API key. Leads have been captured and sent to the ZOHO. I downloaded this package https://roskill.pro/download/scaffolding-plan/

It is not fixed yet. Maybe the first week of next month. But you can follow the instructions there to fix it for now.

In Downloads Subscribers page WPDM lists the package name too.

Currently, MailChimp add-on sends only Name and email address to the list. It is possible to add those extra hidden fields and send these data to the MailChimp. But that requires some customization.

You need Form Lock add-on to use form lock feature.

This Twitter API requires PHP version 5.4.0 and you are using an older PHP in your server. Please ask your server support to update your PHP version. That will fix this issue.

Looks like your Enfold Child Theme is conflicting with WPDM. Although WPDM is working file with Enfold parent theme. I couldn’t check the theme code due to editor access restriction. Could you please ask your theme provider about this?

If you enable email lock WPDM collects email and name from the user before download and ZOHO add-on sends this data ( email and name ) to the ZOHO leads.

There is no option to modify the single file download button ( generated by [file_list] template tag )

You have to do that by applying custom CSS. Like changing colors, size etc. If you do not like the list style try [file_list_extended] tag. It shows files in boxed style.

Sorry, No option available to get single file date. Because the publish/update date is based on the post, not file.

In that case, you have to use updated template files. But, This kind incompatible change happens rarely. So, you are set up for a long time.

Please try now. Unlocked it from the old domain.

Download Manager saves those resized thumbs in /plugins/download-manager/cache/ dir. Check permissions in that dir, maybe that’s the issue as you guessed.

No, you won’t face any issue. Download Manager doesn’t really manage users except controlling access to the downloads based on their roles.

This widget is intended for Download Manager posts. So, you can’t use other post types here. That kind of a generic widget what you want.

Are you using WPDM Search widget? It only searches for download posts. Maybe another plugin or active theme is modifying search result. Please try deactivating another plugin to be sure.
