Hi,

I see it is taking some time to deliver your email. So the ” Private Download Link Expiration Period:” was expiring which was set to only 3 minutes. I have increased it and tested a download. There was no issue with the download after that.

Login did work when I tried. And yes, there is a bug in the “custom email lock title” feature just like you reported. I have added a patch on your setup to fix this issue and it is working as expected. The patch will be added in the next release of Download Manager too.

Sorry, The update hasn’t been released yet. For now, you can fix the message by setting a custom message in “Message after submit:” option.

Hi,
We will fix this issue in the next release of the Gutenberg add-on which is coming soon. In a recent update of the core plugin, there have been some changes in the way custom templates is managed. This issue is related to that.

Hi,

It seems you are diving your users into 2 sections. You can create another role XYZ. And then when creating packages set access roles based on your requirements. But don’t set the ‘Subscriber’ role in access settings as it is the default role after registration.

After reviewing the new user, add the additional role to the new users and they will be able to access their files after role update.
