Licence expired, renew not possible

Hello Support,

I would like to renew our license. But renewing the license via Paypal is not possible. When I click on the RENEW button, I am asked to enter my data. I log in to Paypal, get the verification call, everything is ok and then the shopping cart crashes and the purchase is not possible. Is the system broken? I also tried it with a completely new license.

Old Order ID from last year is Order# WPDM6242ED1303076

Hi,
Could you please try purchasing a new license using another browser or using an incognito browser window ( private browsing )? PayPal is working for other users. If still having issues then pay the renewal fee here https://paypal.me/w3eden?country.x=US&locale.x=en_US and let me know.
