Your PDF file is encrypted. PDF stamper can’t access encrypted pdf, that’s it was showing the error. Upload a unencrypted pdf. I have attached one for the test. Stamping works in it.

No, I didn’t change any widget. But I switched themes during testing, maybe that changed some widget settings.

You have to edit template file from /download-manager/email-templates/ dir. It is not possible to change the color from template editor.

In your custom template use [download_label] instead of ‘Download’ text. This tag will use the image button.

Or you can just place your image in the custom template. Please send me the template code, I can adjust the code for you.

You will see the invalid key error if your license is not verified and your license field will be empty. If there is a key in the license field then it is verified.

You can’t add Form Locked package in File Cart. Because each package might have separate forms. Download buttons for Form locked packages appear after submitting the form.

Which shortcode are you using in your second screenshot? Do you see the Form on the package details page?

This was a conflict with your Relevanssi plugin. This plugin modifies search query which causes the issue with archive search. Applied the solution discussed here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/topic/wpdm-search-and-relevanssi/ Search is working now.

Maybe your theme is using its own Bootstrap. Please try deactivating Download Manager Bootstrap from Downloads Settings Basic Misc panel.

Can’t access wp-admin area. Looks like temp user doesn’t have administrator role. I need a user with administrator role and access to the plugin editor.
