It was a permalink issue. I just had to flush_rewrite_rules ( go to Dashboard Settings Permalink page and save settings, that’s it )  to fix the 404. Or deactivate and then activate the plugin if this happens again.

This happens when some actions ( it could be a plugin ) changes rewrite rules but don’t flush it. We just had to rebuild it using the above approach.

Login info not working, getting this error “Nom d’utilisateur et/ou mot de passe incorrect.”

However, from your screenshot, it looks like local file browser ( Mac Finder ). But “Bulk import” imports file from your server dir, not local hard disk.

You can upload dir/files to your server using FTP and then bulk import ( from server dir ) those to create WPDM package.

The expiration date shown on the plans/users list not synced with membership cycle, you are right about that. It was the old way of managing plan expiration. We will fix this in next version, although this doesn’t affect any plugin functionality.

There is no switching option yet, customers can just subscribe to another plan.

I have disabled plugin Bootstrap but looks like your theme is using a customized bootstrap which doesn’t have some Bootstrap classes like .panel  .panel-heading etc.

However, You haven’t installed Download Manager or WP Pro Membership yet. This add-on tracks all sales made through Download Manager and WP Pro Membership. How are you planning to use Multilevel Marketing plugin?

Have you installed the latest version of Download Manager?

The login popup is coming from WPDM settings which will still be there when you update the plugin.
