In some server, the update fails due to permission issue. However, you can complete the update process manually,
1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version.

Email Notification add-on sends the package name too. Could you please send temporary login info in private reply? I have to check why it is not sending the package name on your site.

Do you want to skip the package details page?
In that case, you have to remove the [page_url] tag from your template. And use the [download_link] template tag to show the download button.

You have to set the order_by="title" and order="asc" to sort pacakges in ascending order ( A Z )

Actually, WPDM doesn’t use that function. It uses the wpdm_pdf_thumbnail to generate the PDF thumbnail.

Hi, Amazon S3 add-on generates unique download URL for different users. These URLs are valid for 1 hour. But it is not customizable yet. -Thanks.
The other plugin is modifying the output of WPDM, so it actually depends on how they handle this situation. Could you please ask the plugin author to investigate the issue?

File Cart add-on allows adding files to file-cart from multiples packages. Later you can download all files from file-cart as a single zip.
