After saving the key using this version, you can install the new version or keep using the old version for now.

Use the Amazon S3 meta box in edit package screen to upload or add files. The S3 Browser page is still in beta.

If the option is unchecked single file download doesn’t increase the download count.

The issue is related to your theme. It is removing some required scripts like jquery-form not sure why. Please ask your theme provider why they are doing it.

I tried the frontend upload with the default theme. Everything works there. Also, re-adding the jquery-form manually fixes the issue in the first step but when you go to edit page more scripts are missing.

Download works fine in my test too. Do you have any related server error log? Please share the log file in that case. This issue most probably related to some server settings.

There is one way to ensure 100% download for all users. You can serve the files from Dropbox or Amazon S3 using related WPDM add-on. In that case, downloads will be handled by those cloud server instead of your own.

It will not possible to track downloads if it is served directly without any package. Also, not possible apply any other access or package related setting without creating a package. However, we will analyze the feature more closely and will add sharing feature if it seems feasible.

It is possible but requires code customization. We have to build another lock for your custom captcha.

Please clear your browser cache. That should fix the login issue as it works on incognito.

Another plugin is breaking the WPDM Extended Shortcode add-on scripts. Most probably the cache plugin. I tried cleaning cache after deactivating the add-on but the scripts didn’t disapper after that. Maybe I missed some settings.

However, you have 2 options now. First, try cleaning the cache. I removed the scripts from Extended Shortcode add-on, so rebuilding the cache should fix it.

If that doesn’t work you have to deactivate the Extended Shortcode add-on.
