Yes, the approach is the same. Instead of showing the main download button display the single file download button only which can be added to the file cart.
You have to modify your link/page template. Remove the [download_link] or [download_link_extended] template tag from there and add [file_list] tag.
SIngup is working fine. Just created a new test user. The user is redirected to the login page after signup where they can log in using credentials. But if you want users to get automatically logged in to the site after signup then use autologin="true" with your registration form shortcode.
[wpdm_reg_form login=1 captcha=0 autologin="true" redirect="set_url"]
You can customize the Download button style from Settings User Interface Tab. If you want to use just text then select “None” in Download Button style options.
Maybe it is the same issue we discussed here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/topic/error-invalid-login-and-update-server-error/
Check my last reply there or send login info in private reply so I can test it.
Most probably Bootstrap issue. Please try deactivating WPDM Bootstrap from Downloads Settings User Interface Tab. Send login info in private reply if that doesn’t solve the issue.
Please try deactivating other plugins to check if any of those creating a conflict. Send login info in private reply if you can’t find the issue.
Are you using the login shortcode? There is a redirect parameter which accepts URL as value. After successful login user will be redirected to that URL.

Please send temporary wp-admin login info so I can check this on your site. Everything works in my demo setup using WPDM 4.9.0
Please deactivate the Download Manager and then activate it again. That should create the cache directory /wp-content/uploads/wpdm-cache/ and which will solve this error.
Hi,
Advanced Access Control add-on allows you to assign a package to a single user. Looks like you have already purchased the add-on.
Thanks.
Hi,
Unlocked your key from old domains. You can apply the key to your new domains now.
Thanks.
You can create custom templates only for the files under /templates/ directory. It is not possible to create a template file for library files.
New Folder & New File issues in “File Manager” tab are related to the multiple Bootstrap instances. Those can be fixed easily by using single Bootstrap.
I tried to install the latest version of Download Manager but getting the following error. Looks like there is some directory permission issue. Could you please try installing the latest version of WPDM? Or send FTP login info so I can check the permissions.
Unable to create directory uploads/2019/01. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
This looks like an issue with the update process. Maybe some file went missing during the update. I want to try a manual update. Could you please send the FTP info? Or deactivate all WPDM add-ons then install the latest version of WPDM by uploading the zip file.
Update: Found the issue. It is coming from Advanced Access Control add-on. We are releasing an add-on update soon to fix it. For now, make sure Download Manager Pro is active before activating the Advanced Access Control ( Custom Access Level ) add-on.
Unlocked the key. Now, You can link it to your new domain.
Please try the following code instead,
.eden-checkbox .fa-check{ display: none; }
“Authentication failed.”
Please re-check the login info.
The image upload restriction in media library was added by the “WP User Avatar” plugin. Everything works fine when this plugin is deactivated. You can ask plugin author to remove the restriction.
Hi,
We have added new interface customization option in version .4.9.0 Now, you can customize the Bootstrap design from Downloads Settings User Interface Tab.
There you will find the option to customize the download button for details page and shortcodes.
Thanks.

Please try installing the latest version of Advanced Access Control or send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply, I will check the issue there.
Hi,
Please check if you have any old version WPDM add-on there ( plugin page should indicates the latest version if available ). Or send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply, I will check the issue there.
Thanks.
It is not possible yet to automatically unlocked the download if the user already followed the id. But we will check if it is possible to implement this feature in a future release.
Use “Card Embedded” for locked packages and “Card Embedded – No lock” for open packages.
