You have to add an extra class to control the size. For example, adding btn-lg class will make the button larger. Or you can just add inline CSS there.

Please remove one = sign ( keep == ) from the marked position in wpdm-premium-pacakge.php file. That should do the job.

If you use caching plugin WPDM doesn’t affect the performance as the page is served from cache. The only load it adds is static JS and CSS files which is not much and you are also minifying those.

So, couldn’t think of any other option to increase the performance except the server capacity.

When using jstable it traverses through all available downloads. So, it does use lots of memory when you have many packages. In this case, the best option is deactivating js table.

You can use Archive Page ( Directory Add-on ) for the search feature. It has ajax search which is partially similar to the jstable search. Archive Page demo https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/archive-page-default/

For now, You can enable instant download. That will show a download button when the user submits the email. No way yet to hide the form when using the “Email Download Link” option.

I used the bulk importer that comes with WPDM. I see now, there is an issue with Advanced CSV Importer. We will look into this issue and release an update as soon as possible.

Call to action link templates includes custom CSS that makes the button large. Your cloned template included those styles as you clone the CTA 3 template. I have removed the custom CSS from there, now download button size is working as it should.

Please enable the Email Lock to collect user name and email before serving download. You can enable the lock from Package Settings Metabox Lock Options tab in “edit package” screen.

You are using a very old version of WP there. There are some JS errors which don’t resolve even after deactivating all plugins and activating a default theme. So, most probably the JS error related to the outdated version. And this error doesn’t allow me to use the Bulk Import feature.
Can I install the latest WP there? Or you can update the WP and let me know when it is done.

Looks like the issue is related to the difference in Home URL and SIte URL. Could you please send FTP info so I can check your content path?

Packages shouldn’t disappear unless someone deleted those. Does anyone else have access to the site? You can restore the packages only if they are in the trash or you have kept a backup of the site.

Do you have any other WPDM add-on? Maybe older add-on had some conflict with the latest version. So make sure you have updated all add-ons too.

However, if I can log in there I will install the updated versions.
