The original images are of different sizes. But the preview is showing a resized versions ( 400×300 ) of images which keeps all boxes in alignment. It is possible the use the original image size but that will break the alignment. Send login info in private reply if you want to apply that. I have to customize the code to adjust the image size.
Update manually on dev site. First, deactivate and delete the old version. Then upload the new version. You can always download the latest version from your download area ( https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases ).

The floating File Cart bar shows the file count.

You don’t have to use the key on dev domain. Use the plugin without key there. Apply the key only in the live domain.

Your Autoptimize cache plugin is breaking the JS and creating the “ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined” error. File upload is working fine when it is deactivated. Please ask the plugin provider to check the issue.
COuld you please check your PHP error log file? Maybe that will provide us some details about the error.

Verse theme uses it’s own template to show package details. That’s why WPDM Page Templates wasn’t working. I have removed the file list from /verse/single-wpdmpro.php template.
Yes, you can remove the download button. Just use a custom link template. You can clone the current link template from Downloads Templates page. Remove the [download_link] template tag from the custom template to hide the download button.
We will add a permanent fix in the next version. No need add any extra rule in cache plugin. The patch will work for now.

Where did you put the av_video shortcode? In the package description? Is see the Vimeo video in both good and bad links. But different widths. So, is the issue related to video size or the video doesn’t display at all?
Could you please send temporary wp-admin login info of both sites as a private reply? I will check the issue in the staging site.

Fixed. Had to remove return conditions from WPHead method. Added some padding in the download button. If you want you can remove it from customizer.
