I’m getting an error even when I try a ‘direct download’. see screenshots. The download counter gets updated and I even get the download notification email. But in real terms I am getting an error and no download. Urgent. Thanks

OK. the 4 email notifications may have been a error with client PC. So we could drop that for now. On the other hand do let me know how to solve the PDF thumbnail e.i. Image Magick already available, so what next?

ImageMagick 6.7.7-10 (module version 3.1.0RC1) is already installed and activated on your PHP 5.4 Simple Hosting instance. You can verify this in your Administration panel and clicking on the ‘PHP info’ link.
