We’re still seeing some errors- PDFs that would download but wouldn’t be able to open- so I switched the toggle for “Open in Browser” and that seems to be helping.

Thanks Shafayet, that seems to have fixed the issue. I’ll test further to be sure, but I definitely appreciate the pointer. I looked at those settings but assumed that disabling them wouldn’t help.

I agree that it sometimes works- I have no trouble from desktop Chrome with a fast internet connection, but it’s a reproducible error from a phone on data. I have multiple reports from a variety of users on different browsers, mobile and otherwise, running into the problem.

Seriously? There’s no option to set a default page template across all of your packages unless we want to pay more money? Please tell me a better solution has been provided in the year and half since this ticket was created.
