thank you for you fast answer. At the moment I have deactivated the W3 Total Cache plugin. Because people have to download the files – and it´s only working, if the plugin is deactivated.

Please do this:
– Log in as administrator
– just activate the W3 Total Cache Plugin in the plugin administration
– Please log out (You have to log out, because cache for login users is disabled)
– and try again. Now you will get the same error like me.

EDIT: We use the W3 Total Cache-Plugin. If i deactivate this plugin, all work fine.
If I activate this plugin I will get a “link expired” error.

How I can fix it? 😉
