Visitors can´t download the file

Hi, I have a Problem.
Visitors don´t can Download my file.
By download they get only a *.txt file with the content “Download link is expired. Please get new download link.”

But if i logged in I can download it. What´s wrong?

EDIT: We use the W3 Total Cache-Plugin. If i deactivate this plugin, all work fine.
If I activate this plugin I will get a “link expired” error.

How I can fix it? 😉

Note: At the moment the W3 Total Cache-Plugin is deactivated.

please exclude page with \?wpdmdl.* from cache.

Sorry, somehow we missed your reply, however, I just tested it here …./download/df4ghd3g4r8rdg43dg4sg3s4g/ and got it working, please let me know if you are facing issue anywhere else.

Hello @Shaon,

thank you for you fast answer. At the moment I have deactivated the W3 Total Cache plugin. Because people have to download the files – and it´s only working, if the plugin is deactivated.

Please do this:
– Log in as administrator
– just activate the W3 Total Cache Plugin in the plugin administration
– Please log out (You have to log out, because cache for login users is disabled)
– and try again. Now you will get the same error like me.

It will depend on the cache plugin, wpdm has nothing to do with this.
