I am sorry but you are wrong. I just try to help you. It is not related to cache. It is related to a glitch in the code. We did not modify anything about the cache and we had to modify the plugin to avoid it to redirect. Anyway, all is okay now so we can close this ticket. thanks 😉
I was not sure if i should tell you but if it help, there is an important bug on your daily download limit. It was redirecting because of a bug on your code. We had to spend 5 hours to fix it. I say that for the other users in case they thing the plugin is fine and it was their website. The plugin do have a bug. And if you are the programmer, you might want to have a look at it to improve your coding. Thanks 🙂

But how did you get this without having the page redirected to the screenshot i post above ?
Is this the shortcode button or the page template ?
Is there a code i can modify from a php page ?
I just need to prevent the page to be redirected. Is there a code i can remove from a php page ?
I am using the shortcode from the “package”. When a user click on the download button from that shortcode and the limit is reached, the entire page is redirecting to the screenshot i posted above.
What you show me is the “page” of the downloaded content but I am not using this. I use the shortcode and I place it in a row using wpbakery in wordpress.
If it is paid, would you mind telling me where is located the php page in the folder ? Maybe i can try to add your code to the page.

I am sorry but I am not sure to understand. How can I add this shortcode to the download history? There is no page to edit it from wordpress https://www.cricutny.com/2.png . To display this download history, i had to add the dashboard shortcut: [wpdm_user_dashboard].
So i read many related issues on the forum and before you put too much time in helping me, let me ask again.
Is there a way to use an external URL for a package (my own host server, not amazon) that will end up to be an encrypted URL so nobody can share.
Or, it can only encrypt the URL if the package is uploaded via the server where the website is hosted / via your download manager plugin.
And if you can help me with this issue, maybe you saw this in the past:

If so, I already tried it but I could see the source url and I download the file and you already said using this would not encrypt the URL so where is that “remote URL” button. I don;t even see it from your screenshot ?
And I am using my own servers so there is no dropbox or google drive. I am using 2 servers, 1 for the website and 1 for the files.

I try to follow your instruction to upload the zip folder by clicking on the “upload from server” button, it open a window to display the files inside my wordpress server. But there is no external url that i can enter.
Am I missing something?
