Hi,
I’d like to display the available download links table in the dashboard itself instead of the user having to navigate to “My Downloads” section. Can this be done?
FYI, I’m comfortable with coding in case any code change is required.
Thanks,
Saugata.
Hi,
Thank you so much for the quick update. The issue is indeed resolved.

Hi,
Sorry, I can’t share access details. But here’s a screenshot. You can check on your testing environment. Set the system clock to UTC and adjust wordpress time zone to your actual time zone. You’ll see the difference. Generally linux servers have UTC set by default.

Thanks,
Saugata.
I want to assign individual user ID to files. I got it working by using the field “user_access” in the imported file. This information is not available in the documentation. I found it in one of the replies in the user comment section of this page https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-access-control/
Please add this info to the documentation for others benefit.
Thanks,
Saugata.
Hey… never mind, I got the info. There’s already a csv import feature. I actually didn’t look at the docs earlier.
Thanks,
Saugata.
I was wondering if you’ll help me with the task that I’m trying to accomplish with download manager.
The site I’m working on is a membership site and has around 1k subscribers in various roles. The requirement is to periodically issue certificates to the members in pdf format which the members will download from their account page. I’ve been able to implement the download part easily with your product. But the real challenge is to manually assign each package to appropriate userid. Is there any way I can bulk import the data into the system from a csv file perhaps?
Thanks,
Saugata.
Hi,
I followed your advice and you were right. A plugin I never used was conflicting with download manager. It started working properly after removing the plugin.
Thanks,
Saugata.
I checked. The root is correct and when I create a new directory it gets created in the directory. Uploaded files using the asset manager also gets stored in the root directory. It just doesn’t get listed in the UI. However, as seen in the 2nd screenshot, the folders get listed in the Import/Export page. But here again, selecting a folder doesn’t list its content. I double checked filesystem permissions and all seems to be fine.
