I did not have the license installed on the two subsides (2 & 6). However, I have installed the license on both sub-sites, but it appears the issue persists. I’ve cleared site cache.

So now that I’ve released the domain and attached the license to the staging domain, it doesn’t look like that resolved my issue. I’m still unable to import files from one site to the new site. I’ve looked at the sample csv – it does not match the order of the export file csv from download manager pro on the old site.

Is it not possible to export from one site and import to another using the import/export features?
