Here is a follow-up to further help you.

1. The buckets I created on Amazon S3 are showing in the left panel.
2. The folders and files that should be showing in the right panel are not showing.
3. I tried to create a bucket using the add-on but it didn’t work. I closed it after the “waiting” button kept spinning for over 5 minutes..
4. I tried to create a directory using the add-on but it didn’t work either. A box titled, “Create folder” was displayed, but I waited over 5 minutes and nothing happened. I closed it down as well.
4. Finally, I uploaded a file and the program said it was successful. However, the file is not showing in the right panel. Where did it go?

Hopefully, my efforts will help you find the problem with this add-on. If it is not ready for use, please don’t show it as a valid add-on.

I deactivated version 2.7.3, then deleted it. I uploaded and installed version 2.7.0 as you suggested. I added the access and secret keys to access my Amazaon S3 account. I made the bucket, wal-products public via Amazon S3. All the folders have “read” access.

However, just as with version 2.7.3, I am not seeing the file folders nor the files in this bucket. Am I doing something wrong? Please advise as I am getting very frustrated with this add-on.

What is the normal wait time for a response from support?
Is support open 247?
Is the GeneratePress theme and Elementor page builder compatible with DLMP?
Do you recommend a theme or page builder for your product?
