The email field is required!

DNS verification is turned on. How can “dyqBCZeg” pass any kind of DNS verification?

Any help for this? It’s very frustrating for my client.

When I try that with my own template (cloned) I only see the template ID in the post text:

Or, if I can change the default Theme layout template used, that would likely work better. It’s always a hassle to create a new page for every download package!

I made a new template for single WPDMPro pages – that’s working now.

I’d still like to know how to create the short codes for single packages using a WPDM Pro page template.

We use the email lock with information fields. Someone enters their information and then download link is sent to their email address. Can I get an email sent to me that says someone has downloaded something from my site? The email will tell me what was downloaded and information filled out by downloader.

Hello Shaon,

Has this plug-in been released?

I’ve done more troubleshooting, and have figured out that our issue only comes up when I update the WordPress SEO plugin by Yoast (http://yoast.com/wordpress/seo/#utm_source=wpadmin&utm_medium=plugin&utm_campaign=wpseoplugin).

After reverting this plugin to the prior version, I am able to update Download Manager, and the templates work as expected.

Will you be able to look into this and maybe find the incompatibility? Please let me know!

Thanks,

Jeff

Thanks!

Installed, worked perfectly. I don’t know why I didn’t see that attached!

One small issue. If you deactivate WPDM Pro with the server path fix plugin activated, it breaks the site completely (unknown function).

Thanks,

I’d love to! Where can I find the attachment/plugin? It’s not listed under “Extend”.

Thanks,

Jeff

ahh – the content isn’t being displayed. Does this support forum allow html code?
