That worked great! But my custom template that I made is not showing up in the package settings.
Can you point me in the right direction as to what file to edit?
So I was able to get my downloads back by reverting to an earlier version of the plugin, which I am fine with. But now I have an issue with how the icons are displaying.

Any insight?
Can’t believe I never gave you the URL. My apologies.
I started to manually add the categories back in as when I updated the plugin, all categories also were deleted. Actual files are still on the server though.
Any update on our issue? We are a public government website and need to be able to have our forms download again. Please let me know the status. Can you help fix what the latest update to the plugin broke??
Have you had the chance to look at our site issue? We still cannot access any of our downloads. Please let me know.
Attached is a screen shot from my server. Files are definitely there, just not showing in the plugin.
I am having the same issue and I am using v4.0.6. Here is the shortcode I am using:
[wpdm_category id="press-releases" item_per_page=10 template="53316271a8826" toolbar=0]
Here is the link to my page that is displaying just my custom page template ID:

Thanks MUCH appreciated. I actually got the category to display now. I had to delete all my categories from the free version and re-create them. Now seems to work.
tonism – I have a quick question. Did the categories display work from you when you purchased the Pro version? When I was using the free version, I could display specific download categories. Now in the Pro version I cannot. The shortcode doesn’t work. Did you have to but the $22 addon to get your categories to display?
