SO, I want to use again WordPress tags, I need to downgrade (install older version?)

In the past the download manager used WordPress tags, but for several months now uses its own tags

Sure, here is an example on my drone related blog, I publish for free instruction guides. under the ‘user-manual’ WordPress tag I listed all the download files: https://www.firstquadcopter.com/tag/user-manual/
Unfortunately, now I can select only download manager tags
