There seems to some mistake from my side. While creating the Category, the access was given to all visitors.
If I give access to only subscriber or any other otherthan All, then it asks for login

Checked on mobile also, still same issue

Checked on a different pc. Downloading without Login.

All packages are getting downloaded without any login, even though the access is set fro Subscriber only.

After the csv was updated, all linked files have gone. All the packages have no files in them. I added two-three again,believing that I missed them, but on thorough checking, no files are there
Please suggest what to do.

I tried importing the file to another installation on the same domain (for testing purpose), and there also the imported content did not show. I was planing to report this today, but you corrected it before it.

I want both author and subscriber.

It is getting out of my head.
I suggest, you provide the solution to this:
If Author is also added to Access, then download is happening without login, and if only Subscriber is in Access, then Login is being asked for. (Already the ticket has been raised for it

No change. Still both author and subscriber are showing in the access option. I had Imported the access.csv that you had sent.

How to forward it

Same site.
The previpus accesscwas for author and subscriber. But as author access is giving problem, I want to remove the author access and keep for subcriber only

I tried doing through the first option.
Created a new csv file. Copied the id and access (modified) and imported it.
After the import I checked the packages. There was no change.

Should the new csv file name be the same as old one OR it doe snot matter.
