You say it’s working on your end, but did not offer proof. Please show me a video where you can complete a purchase using the coupon code. This is not a hosting issue. I’ve discussed this in detail with GoDaddy and they said it is the Download Manager, not hosting. I am not the only one having issues since your last update. Please let me know how to cancel Download Manager as I cannot get it to work correctly since your last update.
I spoke with GoDaddy and they said this is not a hosting issue. If you cannot fix this, I will have to cancel my subscription and use Easy Digital Downloads or another download plug-in. This is definitely an issue with Download Manager. I hope you can fix it.

When he clicked on the link, it took him to the log-in page. He entered his email, then on forgot password, but got an error message “Invalid key”
Visitors to catholicrc.org are telling me they go to the dashboard and see all their purchases, but cannot access the downloads. I tried it myself and the same thing happens to me. Please let me know if this is something I can fix or if not, please fix it ASAP.
I administer another website: southerncaliforniacatholichomeeducators.org using the free download manager. When coupon code SCCHECONFCOM is entered, it zeros out the amount due, but will not process – when clicking COMPLETE PAYMENT, error pops up CART IS EMPTY!
Can you fix this, too?
When I tried to add a new download, I get this message: Missing a required plugin!

I have not yet updated to 6.0 because I see all the problems people are having with it. Will I still be able to add new downloads without updating to version 6.0?
Will you let me know when all the “bugs” are worked out, so that I can update confidently?

What can be done?
