Thank you for your follow-up.
However, I need the plugin to work reliably from today and for a few days so I cannot do this right away.
We could try looking into it again in a few days if the issue persists or if you find a workaround on your side.
Thank you.

Could you tell me how to share this information?

Hello.

We are optimizing from WordPress to Wp-Rocket.

Because of this problem, I saw it even if I erased the cache and loaded the data in advance using the reload function.

However, the problem is still not solved.

Hello, I found the fix, following a report from our hosting provider that they found an error showing that the bucket didn’t exist.
It turns out that we were missing the “Region” info in the access URL.
We were previously hosting our whole site on AWS and that might have been why we did not need to specify the AWS Bucket Region then.
After adding the bucket region. It loaded instantly.

Hi,
Basically our setup was working perfectly in our self-hosted site but since moving to WordPress.com, the S3 bucket does not load properly. Keeps loading indefinitely. And files cannot be accessed.
Our developers have determined that it is due to Ajax not being allowed to run properly but I would like to know if that’s a WordPress.com issue and if not, I would like to be able to pinpoint the cause so I can report to WordPress.com Support team.

Thank you for your recommendations. From our tests on our staging server, it appears that updating WooCommerce actually fixed the issue.
My coworker had no issue downloading 10 archives when he would before be able to get only half of that without problem. I’ll mark as resolved.

Hi Shahriar, thank you for investigating.
The fact that it works for some users and not for others makes it all the more difficult to troubleshoot.
It can happen after first working fine as well, if you repeat the download process a number of times.
Do you have some recommendation for troubleshooting on a computer that exhibits the issue?
As I said, I have a coworker whose computer is having the problem about half the time, and he’s not the only one, as we have customers around the world complaining about the issue as well.
Thank you.

It seems that the bigger the download, the longer the delay before starting the download.
For example a 44MB file takes 49 seconds to start downloading.
A 950KB file takes 3 seconds.
A 2.6MB file takes 5 seconds.
A 12.6MB file takes 15 seconds, etc.
