Hi,

Thanks for responding.
What do you exactly mean with a „new ticket“? Do you mean to write an email to support@wpdownloadmanager.com oder open a new thread/topic in the forum?

Hi,

I have the same issue with my license key, Order # 5b98f639797ff
I never had to give a domain name – and there is no qualified domain name, because the machine is behind a firewall and has only an internal one. Therefore a connection to the internet is not possible, though.

Could you please help with this?
